Solent Estates was founded in 1989 by the Proprietor Michael T. Hack. It is a small, friendly independent agency with strong community links, run by Michael and his staff of : Sally Adler (Negotiator) Ruth Goodship (Negotiator) Becky Skipworth (Office Manager)
	Solent Estates is a Company Member of the- National Association of Estate Agents, founder Member of the Ombudsman`s Scheme, and Member of the Bournemouth & District Association of Estate Agents.
We specialise in Hengistbury Head, Wick, Tuckton and Southbourne areas of Bournemouth, also Boscombe East and Christchurch, and handle all types of residential properties -flats, bungalows and houses.
We are happy to offer Sole and Multi Agency instructions, with commission and terms by agreement. Our speciality is COLOUR photographs, both externally and internally.
